This is a laminated version of the 8 ½ X 11 RAC Foot Reflexology Chart, 2024.

The chart is based on the Eunice Ingham method of reflexology. The chart has been developed and refined by RAC professional reflexology therapists.

This chart demonstrates how reflex points in the feet correspond to every part, gland, and organ of the body. Through the application of pressure on these reflexes, reflexology can relieve tension, improve circulation, and help to promote the natural function of the related areas of the body.

The 2024 version of the RAC Foot Reflexology Chart has been updated with the current RAC Logo, additional reflex points such as the hemorrhoid horseshoe, and a brighter color scheme.

The chart is laminated with 5 mil laminated for durability. Great for quick access during client informational sessions.
