Karen Ball was initially certified as a reflexology therapist through the Reflexology Association of Canada in 1983, and became a 1985 graduate of its teacher training program. Now resident in Florida, she is a US board-certified reflexologist, past President of the Reflexology Association of America, and a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. It has been her honor and pleasure to teach and mentor other reflexologists for over 40 years, and now, with this book, Karen can share with the world the strategies she has used as a successful entrepreneur and business owner.
