Introduction

Welcome to ReflexologyStore.ca! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and services. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from ReflexologyStore.ca, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our website.

 

1. Delivery and Shipping

  • Delivery Time: Please be advised that our delivery time is approximately 2 – 3 weeks, regardless of which shipping option you select at checkout. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, this time frame may vary based on supplier availability and other factors.

  • Multiple Packages: ReflexologyStore.ca works with various suppliers to fulfill orders. As a result, your order may arrive in two (2) or more packages. Please allow for separate delivery times for each package. You will receive tracking information for each package when it ships.

2. Orders and Payment

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing details of your purchase. This does not constitute an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion for any reason.

  • Payment: Payments for products must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods as specified at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is accurate and up to date.

3. Sales and Discounts

  • All Sales Are Final: All sales are final once a transaction is completed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you with a resolution.

  • Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a transaction once it has been completed. Please ensure that you apply any discount codes before finalizing your purchase. Once your transaction is confirmed, no further discount adjustments will be made.

4. Product Availability and Pricing

  • Product Availability: All products listed on ReflexologyStore.ca are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable after you have placed an order, we will notify you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if items are no longer available.

  • Pricing: While we strive for accuracy, prices on ReflexologyStore.ca may be subject to change. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product prices as necessary. In the event that the price of an item changes after you have placed an order, we will contact you to discuss the matter.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on ReflexologyStore.ca, including text, images, logos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of ReflexologyStore.ca or its suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the website without prior written permission.
