Six Stages In One Step – “18 x 24”

By Geraldine Villeneuve, BS, LMP, NBCR Structural Reflexologist®

These six stages in one step are photographs taken while walking across a clear glass table, allowing us to see how movement flows along the foot, from heel strike to toe-off. This sequence provides an excellent template to use alongside a Harris Mat when studying foot mechanics and identifying areas of muscle strain and potential reflexive responses throughout the body. When the natural pathway of weight transfer is disrupted or deviates from this pattern, the Harris Mat can help reveal where those changes occur.
